ok guys im sorry for not being able to find the zong recipe..
well... not exactly couldnt find it just didnt have a good result from the recipe i had :(
so instead i'm gonna put in the classic mash tater recipe...
here goes
Basic Mashed Potatoes:(6 servings)
ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
100-250g cold butter, diced
150-250ml milk or UHT cream or a combination, heated
salt &pepper to taste

Basic Mashed Potatoes:(6 servings)
ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
100-250g cold butter, diced
150-250ml milk or UHT cream or a combination, heated
salt &pepper to taste
instructions:
- wash the potatoes and put them in a pot.
- fill the pot with water till the potatoes are fully covered.
- add a teaspoon of salt to the water and bring it to boil.
- lower the flame to a simmer till the potatoes are soft
- drain the potatoes and peel off the skins
- mash them while they're hot
- put them into a saucepan on low heat to dry the potatoes, remember to stir so they dun burn. take them off after about 3 minutes
- warm the milk or cream without boiling it
- stir it into the mash a lil bit at a time mashing it into the mash.
- (optional) if u want the mash taters extra smooth press it through a fine sieve.
- serve while warm for best taste
